The Annual Meeting of the Association shall be held on Saturday June 22nd at the PIA Building at 9:00am. The officers of the Association shall consist of a President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer who shall be elected by plurality vote of the membership at the annual meeting and shall hold office for two years, or until their successors are elected. The President and Secretary are elected on even years. Vice President and Treasurer are elected on odd years. All officers shall be members in good standing of the Association. Executive Committee. The Executive Committee shall consist of nine (9) voting positions: the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, three (3) Directors, Event Coordinator and Maintenance Person.
