                                                                        Standard-Sized Vehicle Reservations:

Reservations for vehicles under 1 ton and up to 20 ft long may be made online, over the phone or in person. Most personally owned vehicles fall in this standard sized vehicle category including cars, mini-vans, SUVs and most trucks. All vehicle reservations include the cost of the driver as well as the vehicle. You will be asked the length of your vehicle when making your reservation*. It is important to know which of the following length categories your vehicle falls under: up to 18 feet, up to 19 feet, up to 20 feet. Please know and select the accurate length for your vehicle. Staff and crew may check vehicle length when the vehicle arrives at the ferry. If the vehicle does not match up with the reservation that has been made, the vehicle will be placed on standby. Standard sized vehicles must be at the ferry dock 15 minutes prior to departure, late vehicles may be placed on standby and are not guaranteed passage. When arriving at the ferry in Bristol, vehicles with reservations may line up, forming two lanes, on the right of the parking lot facing the ferry ramp allowing room for vehicles currently on the ferry to drive off. Once your vehicle is in line, the driver must remain with the vehicle as vehicles often need to be moved around prior to and during ferry loading. Always wait for a signal from the crew before driving on or off the ferry.

*If you are traveling with a rack on the front or back of your vehicle this must be included in your overall vehicle length when selecting your vehicle size
Remember to familiarize yourself with our Terms and Conditions including policies on changing or canceling a reservation.
